I’m taking a few days off from exercising and dieting. But no I’m not going back to my old ways. The motivation is still there I’m just busy with some personal tasks and I’m also looking for a different workout. I guess the old set of exercises is no longer working for me as I gain a couple of pounds back and that’s no good news. A few more tasks to finish including placing file folder labels and I’m off to watching (and or doing) this new workout my husband downloaded from the internet. Hope to see and feel the result in one week or so through this exercise.
