I cooked this lumpia shrimp during my daughter’s birthday. I’ve added shredded squash and carrots to make it nutritious. I forgot to take pictures of the fried lumpia. For the sauce, I mixed soy sauce, vinegar, a dash of pepper and salt and garlic.
